To retain freedom, we must be fair. To retain fairness, we must be unbiased. To be unbiased, we need science and reason. Religion is the ultimate bias.
I am an atheist. But more importantly, to this blog, I am a sucularist. I seek a world of reason, compassion, and understanding as opposed to this world of unreasonable fear and culturally supported hate.
